Associate General Counsel

CSC Leasing Co.Richmond, VA

About The Position

At CSC, every agreement we sign protects the business and moves a deal forward — legal is not a bottleneck, it is how we grow with confidence. The Associate General Counsel is CSC's dedicated contracting attorney, owning a high-volume deal pipeline and building the scalable contracting processes and playbooks that let the business grow with discipline. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this role is centered on negotiating and documenting the agreements that drive CSC's equipment financing business, while also supporting the General Counsel across the broader legal function. This individual owns CSC's contracting playbooks, ensures consistent enforcement of negotiating positions, and serves as the primary point of contact with counterparty counsel on deal terms. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transactional attorney who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced deal environment and is excited to build and own scalable contracting processes within a dynamic, values-based environment as CSC continues to grow.
