Associate General Counsel
About The Position
Adams Homes is seeking qualified candidates to join our legal team in Pensacola, Florida as an Associate General Counsel. The position will report directly to the company's General Counsel. Founded in 1991, Adams Homes is currently serving homebuyers across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. Over 35 years ago, founder Wayne Adams drew from more than a decade of real estate and residential construction experience to formulate Adams Homes' core principles: You're only as good as the people with whom you surround yourself, Keep it simple, Treat people as you would want to be treated. These core principles have enabled Adams Homes to become one of the largest privately-held home builders in the country and are the foundation for Adams Homes' philosophy, culture, and mission.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in practicing law (preferably: real estate, construction, land use, litigation, and/or business law).
- Ability to work with operational teams to accomplish the company's goals.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire for self-improvement.
- Admission into a state legal bar association.
