As an Associate General Counsel, you will provide high-level support across business functions and geographies, balancing risk with innovation. This role bridges the legal, policy, and operational worlds by driving informed decision-making, leading cross-functional initiatives, and building the readiness required to operate in an evolving global environment.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in job location
- Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, including in-house or cross-functional legal advisory roles

- Demonstrated experience managing legal complexity across markets or functions
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through ambiguity
- Strong strategic thinking, judgement, and business acumen
Responsibilities
- Advise senior leaders and business partners on complex legal and regulatory matters that impact commercial operations, policy, or enterprise strategy.
- Lead or co-lead legal strategies for key initiatives, including product development, market access, or international operations
- Interpret laws, policies, and enforcement trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Serve as a connector between Legal and cross-functional groups.
- Manage legal input for high-impact business transaction
