Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in game development production
• Familiarity with production workflows, milestone planning, and internal development pipelines
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks across teams and support the execution of schedules and requirements
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of supporting multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communicator with experience in cross-disciplinary coordination
• Understanding of production methodologies, with exposure to Agile or similar development frameworks

Responsibilities

• Supports project momentum and quality by coordinating cross-functional efforts and resolving production roadblocks.
• Executes task tracking and feature implementation while prioritizing rigorous data discipline to ensure accurate reporting and informed decision making.
• Delivers high quality internal game development projects through schedule management and workflow optimization.
• Supports schedule execution and tracks milestones to ensure the game ships on time.
• Works with leads to clear developmental roadblocks and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
• Keeps the team and stakeholders in the loop with updates.
• Coordinates cross-functional meetings, documents takeaways, and follows up on action items.
• Ensures project documentation accuracy.
• Maintains efficiency and organization among the development team through communication and task tracking.
