About The Position

This role will work on a variety of projects, ranging from backend services that provide logic and routing for a virtual assistant to lead management and scoring systems across both backend and frontend applications. You will be responsible for developing frontend products, backend services, and REST APIs, all with a strong focus on the customer perspective. As many of our projects leverage machine learning and natural language processing, a strong interest in the application of these technologies is expected.

Requirements

Development utilizing AngularJS/ReactJS with heavy JavaScript
RDBMS development experience with CloudSQL, BigQuery, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle
NoSQL/Document database development
Implementation of security and data protection
1-3 years’ experience professional development with AngularJS and/or ReactJS
1-3 years’ experience with UX design
1-2 years’ experience professional development with NodeJS and/or Python
1-2 years’ experience developing and deploying serverless functions (GCP Cloud Functions or AWS Lambda)
1-3 years’ experience designing database in MySQL, SQL Server or Oracle
Bachelor’s degree required
Must be able to travel 10% of time.
Must be able to lift 15 lbs.
Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant
Access information using a computer.
Effectively communicate, both up and down the management chain.
Effectively cope with stressful situations
Strong mental acuity
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.

Nice To Haves

Development utilizing NodeJS (Preferred) or Python
Google Cloud Certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, test and document user interfaces supporting the creation and management of virtual assistants (chat bots) in the cloud
Creation of rapid prototypes to prove feasibility of solutions to business problems
Interface with business and end users to create a common understanding of business problems faced
Develop, test and document microservices in support of a virtual assistant.
Develop, test and document operational monitoring software
Develop, test and document REST based APIs
Consume REST based APIS
Develop, test and document reporting dashboard for metrics
Support ongoing maintenance of existing platform installations
