This role is responsible for product development from concept to commercialization. The Associate Food Technologist will assist in planning and executing product concept demonstrations, and actively participate in the design and physical production of bench samples that mimic production line capabilities. The position also involves assisting in continuous cost reduction of existing products while maintaining or enhancing their quality, and utilizing statistics to define physical parameters of developed products. Accurate data entry and file maintenance are also key responsibilities, along with providing physical assistance in production line tests, new product commercialization, and continuous improvement efforts on the production floor. Other relevant duties and projects may be assigned.
