About The Position

This role involves assisting in the management of flight activities, focusing on flight data, quality, schedule, and safety requirements as outlined in the operational plan. The position requires evaluating and interpreting flight data, maintaining flight records, and coordinating flight activities with pilots. Additionally, the role includes assisting with training development and administration, aircraft flight acceptance, and supporting other departments outside of P21.

Requirements

• Two years of flight line experience with previous military or civil experience.
• Strong understanding of aviation technology.
• Potential to teach, and develop technical abilities in employees as well as lead people effectively by guiding and coaching others to improve skills and achieve goals.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Intercultural awareness, ability to create and maintain relations.

Nice To Haves

• BS in Engineering highly desirable
