About The Position

This role involves assisting in the management of flight activities, including flight data, quality, schedule, and safety requirements as defined in the operational plan. The position requires evaluating and interpreting flight data, maintaining flight records, and coordinating flight activities with pilots. Additionally, the role includes assisting in the development and administration of training aircraft flight acceptance and supporting other departments outside of P21.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering highly desirable.
• Two years of flight line experience.
• Previous military or civil experience.
• Strong understanding of aviation technology.
• Potential to teach and develop technical abilities in employees.
• Ability to lead people effectively by guiding and coaching others to improve skills and achieve goals.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Intercultural awareness.
• Ability to create and maintain relations.
