In this role, you will: Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within functional area Review basic or tactical issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to lower risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal and external customers if applicable Support clients and provide financial advice and counsel consistent with client goals, risk tolerance, and investment needs, with a focus on prospective and existing Wells Fargo clients in a digital, corporate-office environment. Partner with internal teams to support referred clients, digital investment relationships, portfolio review opportunities, and product or platform alignment. Build and grow relationships with existing and referred clients through proactive outreach, investment conversations, service support, and relationship management. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development. Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Interact with internal and external customers while delivering professional, client-focused experience. Apprentices within the U.S. Department of Labor accredited Apprenticeship program perform a variety of structured duties, including a combination of (however, not limited to) on-the-job training, coursework, and mentorship, under the supervision of a hiring manager, program manager and a mentor. Apprenticeships are designed to assist in the professional development of an apprentice, in preparation for the post-apprenticeship role. Program Managers will facilitate an apprentice’s required path for professional development. This ensures an apprentice will have gained the proficiency and obtained the required experience of a fully functioning post-program role
