About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Financial Integrator to join the team in Everett, Washington . This is an exciting opportunity to support the high‑visibility KC‑46 Tanker program. A successful candidate will be a proactive self‑starter who collaborates effectively and builds strong partnerships with key stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in finance related roles such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
• 1+ years of experience with financial forecasting and budget creation

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and best practices
• Experience the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
• Experience in analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Reviews Earned Value Management (EVM) data to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance
• Maintains and improves financial reporting tools and dashboards
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and financial policies
• Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections and assessments using financial and business knowledge and experience
• Builds relationships and collaborate across multiple business and financial stakeholders to develop solutions and drive results
• Supports the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
