About The Position

UKG is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate FP&A Associate Analyst to join our growing Finance organization. This role is ideal for early-career professionals (1–3 years post-graduation) who are eager to develop foundational FP&A skills while supporting a high-performing, collaborative team. The Associate Analyst will contribute to financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities, partnering cross-functionally with teams across the business. This position offers exposure to corporate finance, revenue, financial systems, and strategic projects, while building strong analytical and business acumen.

Requirements

  • Foundational understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables; modeling exposure is a plus)
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a corporate finance function
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships or full-time) in FP&A, finance, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to financial systems (TM1, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar) is a plus
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI solutions is a plus
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including financial and operational metrics
  • Assist in the monthly close and forecasting processes by gathering data, performing basic analysis, and ensuring accuracy of results
  • Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior year) and summarize findings for senior team members
  • Help maintain and update financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Sales, Operations) to collect inputs and support financial planning activities
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy
  • Assist with data management and uploads within FP&A systems (e.g., TM1, Anaplan), ensuring data integrity
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects assigned by FP&A leadership
  • Learn and build working knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools to better support team initiatives
