The Associate Financial Analyst supports the Payments Team through financial analysis, reporting, and operational support. This role assists with a wide range of analytical and finance-related activities, providing data, insights, and reporting to help teams make informed decisions. Some of the specific duties are listed below: Perform bank account and transaction reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Assist with financial analysis and reporting for assigned business areas Support month-end and periodic reporting activities, including data validation and issue resolution Perform research and analysis related to financial and operational questions Prepare and maintain reports and metrics Partner with internal teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support Identify trends, variances, and potential risks or opportunities in financial data Participate in cross-functional and finance-wide projects as needed Help improve processes related to reporting, analysis, and data accuracy

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with numbers and financial data accurately
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Ability to collaborate across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Intermediate-Level SQL knowledge to support reporting and analytical tasks
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field
0–2 years of professional experience in finance, analytics, or a related area

Responsibilities
