About The Position

The role will involve offering corporate finance guidance to the bank's clients and potential clients. This includes recognizing, organizing, promoting, and carrying out value-added corporate finance solutions for our clients. This includes recognizing, organizing, promoting, and carrying out value-added corporate finance solutions for our clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Perform / lead preparation of various capital structuring analyses, including rating analysis, cost of capital analysis, liquidity stress tests and peer benchmarking
  • Present capital structuring advice to clients and prospects, and lead discussions with clients/prospects’ CFOs/treasurers
  • Participate in, and over time, lead the origination and execution of tailored structured solution transactions for our clients including:
  • Identifying clients’ unique financing needs
  • Structuring tailored solutions
  • Preparing and presenting marketing materials
  • Preparing term sheets
  • Negotiating terms
  • Legal documentation
  • Internal credit applications & other approvals
