Requirements

• Two to five years of similar or related experience.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses.
• Life insurance license is required.
• Must be able to be registered with the SEC.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for promoting, selling, and servicing non-depository financial products.
• Responsible for assisting Wealth Manager with servicing current clients as assigned.
• Follow broker/dealer and insurance company policies and procedures.
• Maintain blotter, advertising, client, and correspondence files.
• Accurately complete client profile for all new clients.
• Accomplish daily compliance requirements.
• Responsible for daily accounting of various transactions.
• Visits branches to meet clients and train branch staff as needed.
• Maintain required individual insurance and securities licenses, including continuing education requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned and performs all duties in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Works at or attends community events as assigned.
• Strives in all that they do to enhance the member experience at BFCU, including actively engaging in needs-based cross-servicing.
