Requirements

  • 1+ years of applicable professional experience and/or experience working in a professional sales or entrepreneurial setting
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Build referral pipelines and develop strong partnerships to help develop and grow client relationships.
  • Analyze financial data received from clients to develop strategies to meet their goals.
  • Ability to prepare all appropriate forms and documents for customer accounts.
  • Develop, institute, and maintain programs relating to new business development and sales promotions
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues.
  • Execute customer mailing campaigns, seminars, and other sales generating ideas.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Maintain accurate client files.
  • Adhere to all Compliance and Legal requirements.
  • Schedule appointments and prepare for meetings.
  • Participation in classroom learning sessions (virtual and in-person)
  • Apprenticeship, mentoring, and coaching sessions with a mentor advisor and other industry professionals
  • Attend sales meetings and assist with client prospecting and marketing.
  • Attend coaching sessions and training events to improve sales skills and industry knowledge
  • Process trades under direction of the mentor financial advisor.
