About The Position

The Associate Field Service Technician provides technical support and customer service as part of the Technical Services Team. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving urgent technical issues, responding to help requests in person or by phone, and identifying and escalating complex issues to responsible teams and management. Responsibilities also include compiling daily or weekly issues logs, installing and repairing computer hardware and software, cleaning computers, running diagnostic programs, writing user manuals, and monitoring and maintaining the organizational computer system's daily performance. The technician is also responsible for maintaining the Knowledge Base in the Service Management ticket system. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • CompTIA A+ or comparable certification
  • Experience as an IT Technician or related IT field

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical support and customer service as part of the Technical Services Team.
