About The Position

The Associate Field Manager reports to and works closely with the Field Manager and Associate Field Director. They are responsible for general training, brand partner and retail execution, growth and accountability of Account Managers and Territory Sales Managers within their market. Responsible for ensuring relationships at store level for the region are strong and continuously growing. Leaders within the company must have a desire and ability to engage, drive results, coach and develop the field-level roles. Successful candidates will lead humbly and must embody a servant leadership mindset.

Requirements

2+ years of Merchandising / Sales experience.
Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Must be able to motivate a team to ensure a high level of engagement.
Proficient with Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and Google Suite.
Must have a valid driver's license, proof of current auto insurance and be able to drive a car for extended periods of time.
Must have reliable form of transportation.
Capable of meeting the physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to, standing, bending, squatting, reaching, repetitive motion and lifting 40-50 pounds.
Must be willing and able to work in extremely cold environmental conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores).
Ability to make weekly store visits with team 3-4 days per week.
Overnight travel could be up to 25% depending on team needs but can be higher during certain launch periods.
Capable of meeting the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including but not limited to walking and standing for up to 8 hours; frequent bending, squatting, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling; frequent lifting up to 25lbs and occasional lifting between 40 – 50lbs.
Ability to work in cold environments, such as refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to drive or otherwise travel between multiple retail locations on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

Creating strong team relationships to uphold Dirty Hands’ mission and values.
Supporting with hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling.
Supporting with Performance Management, Annual Reviews, and providing consistent feedback to the team.
Maintaining energy / team morale levels through company communication platforms.
Facilitating field-level ride-alongs regularly.
Developing personal growth goals, providing direction, and objective coaching as needed for Field Reps.
Tracking store visits, execution and audits Field Reps execution progress through CRM system.
Supporting and hosting regular team calls, one on ones to set goals and review brand updates.
Setting, tracking, and giving feedback on brand specific goals by account to the leadership team.
Facilitating field-level ride-alongs with Brand Partners throughout regional accounts.
Responsible for visitation and mission completion of a small group of stores.
Daily communication and engagement with team to ensure execution of team goals.
Acting as a communication liaison between Brand Management team and Field teams.
Responsible for team engagement and motivation by using different tools such as videoconferencing, email and other communication platforms, as well as in-person communication.
