About The Position

Braven is a national nonprofit that prepares promising college students to secure a strong first opportunity after college graduation through a career-accelerating program. Braven works with higher education and employer partners to offer a life-changing experience that begins with a semester-long course for college students, followed by support that lasts through graduation. The organization's ambition is to help rebuild the middle class and revitalize the American Dream. Braven is hiring an Associate, Fellow Recruitment & Enrollment (National) who will serve as high-energy, on-the-ground recruitment support across Braven's 13+ higher education partner sites. As members of the Higher Education Partnerships team, you will deploy where enrollment needs are greatest, supporting recruitment campaigns, supporting blitzes, and driving Fellow enrollment toward site goals across the country, in close partnership with the Senior Director, Higher Education Partnerships, and the Associate Director, Fellow Recruitment and Campus Engagement. This role is on the Higher Education Partnerships team and reports directly to the Senior Director, Higher Education Partnerships.
