About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and coordination support for the Branch Systems and Transformation Technology (BSTT) organization within Consumer Technology. This role specifically supports the CIO of BSTT, helping manage day-to-day priorities, coordinate meetings and logistics, prepare materials, maintain organized workflows, and support effective communication across teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, expense processing, travel arrangements, and general office support.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, organize materials, track follow-ups, and help ensure leaders are prepared for key discussions.
  • Manage incoming requests, prioritize routine items, and escalate urgent or sensitive matters as appropriate.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, reports, emails, and other business materials.
  • Support team operating routines, including staff meetings, leadership updates, town halls, onboarding activities, and engagement events.
  • Maintain organized records, contact lists, distribution lists, team documents, and shared resources.
  • Assist with business processes such as purchase requests, invoice coordination, access requests, space planning, equipment needs, and other operational tasks.
  • Partner with other administrative professionals, business support teams, and internal partners to coordinate activities and resolve routine issues.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, increase efficiency, and support a well-organized operating environment.
