About The Position

Clear Street is modernizing the brokerage ecosystem. Founded in 2018, Clear Street is a diversified financial services firm replacing the legacy infrastructure used across capital markets. We started from scratch by building a completely cloud-native clearing and custody system designed for today’s complex, global market. Clear Street’s proprietary prime brokerage platform adds significant efficiency to the market, while focusing on minimizing risk, redundancy, and cost for clients. Our goal is to create a single source-of-truth platform for every asset class, in every country, and in any currency. By combining highly-skilled product and engineering talent with seasoned finance professionals, we’re building the essentials to compete in today’s fast-paced markets.

Requirements

At least two (2) years of professional experience with and a strong knowledge of Equity/Fixed Income products
BA/BS Degree in Finance or similar major
Strong understanding of equities and fixed income trade processing
Experience in various allocation platforms, Omgeo Central Trade Matching, Fix protocol
Experience working with large data sets
Self-motivated, high attention to details, and extremely organized

Responsibilities

Perform daily trade captures, confirmations and allocations
Handle daily trade and settlement queries
Investigate and resolve daily positions and nostro breaks
Investigate and resolve regulatory reporting items
Manage the monthly and quarterly Broker Confirmation processes
Assist in the buildout of new applications and help test during integrations
Work closely with business stakeholders to fulfill business requirements
Contribute to process improvement and the general operation of the team and company
