About The Position

We are currently recruiting for a recent MBA graduate to become an associate equity analyst on the CIBC Core Growth Team in Boston led by Sandy Sanders, CFA. You will be mentored and trained in a specific fundamental Seven Step Investment Process. The focus is on U.S. Core and Growth equities in all market capitalization ranges. Over time, once the team lead is comfortable that the investment process has been properly learned and practiced, a specific sector will be assigned for direct coverage for ongoing duties. This is a new team at CIBC, and you will be part of a growing equity franchise that was recently established at CIBC in March of 2026. This role will be on-site in Boston, but will also include research and client travel needs.
