About The Position

As we continue to expand, DELTA |v| is searching for key talent to provide a consistent client experience and maintain the highest quality. Our associate engineers play a critical role in conducting fieldwork and performing analysis using the latest technologies in 3D laser scanning, drones, and computer simulations. They work closely with senior engineers in presenting accurate and compelling results to clients and may support senior engineers testifying in court. Our 2026 Summer Interns will have the opportunity to shadow the office analysis process, complete their own data analysis project, set up basic simulation projects, and contribute to internal documentation.

Requirements

  • Complete administrative duties with accuracy and care
  • Processing and analyzing 3D data
  • Scanning, filing, archiving
  • Organization of evidence, equipment, and warehouse
  • Data transfer and updating of Delta | v | materials lists
  • Shadow experienced engineers completing office analysis work
  • Participate in a Data Analysis Project - Vehicle Testing
  • Data analysis from full scale vehicle testing of heavy truck collision mitigation systems to evaluate performance metrics and reliability of event data recording
  • Work with MADYMO software setting up basic simulation projects
  • Preparing internal documentation for training and valuable software evaluation/testing

Responsibilities
