San Francisco Public Works Bureau of Engineering is seeking two (2) Associate Civil Engineers for the Structural Engineering Section for several different projects. Specifically, these roles will be responsible for a variety of engineering projects, including design of new buildings and alterations of existing buildings; seismic evaluations; design and repair of roadway structures (bridges, stairways, retaining walls, tunnels, etc.); and design and repair of miscellaneous structures such as vaults, tanks, piers, wharves, etc. The position is a Permanent-Exempt (PEX) appointment, Category 18, serving at the discretion of the Appointing Officer and not exceeding 36 months.
