Requirements

  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required for U.S. office locations.

Responsibilities

  • Break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying key aspects and directing the focus of junior consultants.
  • Effectively plan and execute analysis, identifying core issues in complex analyses to craft suitable recommendations.
  • Work side by side with clients and project team members to move projects forward.
  • Manage small teams to get the work done.
  • Provide unique insight into chosen subject areas.
  • Lead teams through an efficient and effective problem-solving process from initial thought process through convergence on a solution.
  • Ensure that recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant, and cohesive.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership at the strategic level and command of all technical and operational details of execution.
  • Utilize great communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships.
