About The Position
The Associate Engagement Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of associate engagement initiatives, with a focus on associate advocacy. This position is responsible for modeling strategies that align with the culture, vision, and mission of the company. This is a "hands-on" position and may be required to work different shifts on occasion in order to meet the needs of all associates on all shifts.
Requirements
- Must be very organized and possess a strict attention to detail.
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must possess strong skills in MS Excel (charts, reports, etc.).
- Must have excellent skills in MS Office Products, such as Word and PowerPoint.
- Must possess good time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
- Gaming experience preferred.
