Role Overview: We are seeking Investment Banking Associates who are intellectually curious, technically strong, and excited to play a meaningful role in shaping our growing franchise. You will be embedded within the Energy & Energy Transition sector coverage team, supporting execution across M&A, capital raises, strategic advisory, and leveraged finance transactions. This role offers immediate responsibility and the opportunity to operate within a collaborative, high-impact environment where initiative is valued and performance is highly visible. As part of a leading global bank with a rapidly expanding U.S. investment banking platform—particularly in Houston—you will benefit from Santander’s scale and balance sheet alongside the momentum of a team in build mode.
