About The Position

This role involves performing laborer duties within a grain facility. The position requires flexibility to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. The Associate Elevator Operator will work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat (90-120F), cold (subzero), and high winds (40+ mph). The job also requires comfort with climbing ladders, working at heights, and in confined spaces. Additionally, the role involves working in environments with dust and airborne particles, such as grain dust, and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like hard hats, safety glasses, and safety footwear. The position demands the ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. multiple times per day and standing on hard surfaces for extended periods.
