Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Antenna Test Engineer – 4th shift. This position will be located at their Mission Systems sector in Baltimore, MD. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Antenna Test Engineering (ATE) Organization within the Airborne Multifunction Sensors (AMS) Division of the Mission Systems (MS) Sector.

Requirements

Completing or has completed a degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) from an accredited institution.
Majoring in or having majored in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
Current, active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance.
Ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time.
Experience with electrical and/or RF test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, etc.
Professional software development experience using languages such as C#, Visual Basic, MATLAB, MATE, etc.
Ability to work 4th Shift.

Nice To Haves

Overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher.
Software development experience with RF and antenna systems.
Test development experience in a nearfield and/or compact antenna range.
RF test experience and/or antenna test/range experience.
Familiarity with RF and antenna theory.

Responsibilities

Conducting antenna testing.
Utilizing electrical and/or RF test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
Performing professional software development using languages such as C#, Visual Basic, MATLAB, MATE, etc.
Developing tests in a nearfield and/or compact antenna range.
Applying RF test experience and/or antenna test/range experience.
Working 4th shift.
