About The Position

MRIGlobal is seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer for a full-time opportunity in Kansas City, MO. This role involves working with other engineering and technical disciplines in the design, prototyping, and testing of custom systems to meet customer requirements. The selected candidate will design analog and digital circuits, design and lay out custom circuit boards, analyze existing designs, develop new products, produce design and test reports, and perform electrical engineering duties on multidisciplinary teams. The role also includes supporting design reviews for clients.

Requirements

B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
Experience with PCB design software (Altium preferred)
Ability to obtain a government security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite.
Demonstrable electrical design and PCB development experience.
Motivated self-starter.
Proficient oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desire to work with other MRIGlobal team members to solve complex multidisciplinary challenges.
Good mechanical aptitude and enjoys hands-on work

Nice To Haves

Available for periodic travel, estimated at 4-12 weeks per year.
