Under minimal supervision, operates cardiac ultrasound equipment to produce optimal echocardiograph images for diagnostic evaluation of chamber measurements, blood flow characteristics, and cardiac function for adult and geriatric patients. Requirements
- Completion of a Cardiovascular Ultrasound program.
- Environmental orientation within 30 days of hire.
- Unit Specific Competency within 30 days of hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 6 months Experience in a hospital setting working with adult and geriatric patients.
