The Associate District Sales Director (ADSD) role supports the District Sales Director in recruiting, reporting, training, and team management.

  • Must hold a valid life & health insurance license.
  • High school diploma or undergraduate degree. Industry experience may be substituted for educational qualification.
  • Three (3) or more years’ experience in insurance marketing and sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing and motivating independent or career insurance agents.
  • Possess basic computer navigation skills and knowledge or familiarity of basic computer programs/applications including but not limited to email, word processing, spreadsheet programs, internet, Adobe, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit new ASD’s and SD’s as well as independent contractor agents.
  • Follow up with new agents to ensure efficient and timely on-boarding.
  • Regularly train agents on products and selling technics.
  • Communicate with, service and retain top level independent contractor agents.
  • Attend and participate in meetings as required by management.
  • Strive to meet company sales objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
