About The Position

Creates and promotes a corporate culture that promotes Person Centered Planning. Serves as an advocate for individuals with disabilities within the organization, with other organizations and the community at large. Provides support, direction, and guidance to Program Administrators, managers and clinicians (if applicable). Provides leadership in promotion of agency mission and goals. Assists the Director in providing oversight of personnel, financial and administrative functions and procedures. Works closely with Support/Quality Coordinators to provide supports coordination services. Provides leadership in developing, monitoring and revising agency’s strategic plan and goals, with focus on outcome measurement. Supports culturally competent recovery-based practices and person-centered planning as a shared decision-making process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (must meet QIDP qualification).
  • Minimum of four (4) years of supervisory/management experience in mental health field or comparable management experience.
  • One (1) year experience working with clinical personnel, including knowledge of various disciplines scope of practice.
  • Must support a trauma informed culture of safety to aid consumers in their recovery process.

Nice To Haves

  • Life experiences with diverse racial, ethnic and cultural backgrounds, including experience with behavioral health issues, is preferred.
