Requirements

  • Masters Degree and two (2) year’s experience in related field and supervision in Clinical environment, is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and four (4) year’s experience in related field and supervision, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with approved driver status

Nice To Haves

  • LPC-MH or CSW-PIP licensure or certification as an evidence-based practice supervisor, is preferred.
  • Be a certified SCM Trainer and provide staff with SCM training.
  • Be a certified Medication Aide.

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership and oversight to the regional supervisors and team leads, ensuring quality and excellence in the home study process and placement support for families.
  • Working closely with the Program Director and state partners, fosters a consistent and stable process for supporting resource families while ensuring program effectiveness through staff supervision, operations management, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Directs, develops, and evaluates staff in accordance with LSS policies.
  • Conducts performance evaluations.
  • Facilitates staff and supervisor meetings.
  • Assists in the implementation of the program’s Annual Service Plan goals and outcomes.
  • Maintains personnel files to meet legal requirements.
  • Ensures that in-service training aligns with regulatory and program needs.
  • Creates and maintains a safe, healthy, and organized working environment.
  • Participates in clinical on-call and order writer rotations as qualified.
  • Plays a critical role in advancing the LSS mission.
