About The Position

This role involves planning, initiating, and managing information technology (IT) projects, with a focus on improving market-facing experiences. The Associate Director will collaborate with cross-functional business and IT leads, analyze issues, and deploy corrective actions. Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, reporting statuses to leadership, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), hosting problem-solving meetings, and ensuring proper documentation. The position also involves designing and modifying specialized applications to drive user efficiency, meet privacy and security standards, and implement new technology features for continuous improvement. Adherence to development protocols, risk mitigation, and improving application functionality, reliability, and efficiency are key. The role requires managing consulting staff, overseeing their work, and coaching them to build a skilled team. Re-engineering techniques will be applied to improve business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation.
  • Program Management or Project Management leading health care platform migrations.
  • Leading complex LEAN & Six Sigma black belt projects with substantial process efficiency gain and cost benefit.
  • AI Business Implementation, Process Automation & Optimization to evaluate manual processes and deriving recommendation for AI implementation.
  • Configuring and implementing end to end health plan setup with benefit design, provider network, eligibility in alignment with business, and regulatory requirements.
  • Planning by analyzing staffing needs, forecasting talent demand, and aligning workforce strategies with business goals to drive efficiency and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Ensuring optimal system performance, regulatory compliance, timely issue resolution, and seamless cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery and member experience.
  • OR No Degree and four (4) years of progressive experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation.
