About The Position

The WW Medical Learning Team plays a critical role in ensuring that healthcare providers are educated on the appropriate use of BMS medicines and have the information they need to improve outcomes for their patients. We develop and deploy strategies, tools, education, and skill building to empower Home Office Medical (HOM) and Field Medical (FM) teams across the globe to perform effectively and compliantly, ensuring high quality scientific exchange with the healthcare community. WW Medical Learning is seeking a strategic leader to own the scientific learning agenda for BMS Oncology across WW/International Markets. This is predominantly a strategy-setting role: the Associate Director defines what FM and HOM teams globally need to know and be able to do in order to deliver trusted, high-impact scientific exchange – and builds the multi-year plans, partnerships, and governance model that make that possible. The Associate Director, WW/International Markets Medical Learning, translates the medical mission into a scientific learning strategy that positions FM and HOM as the trusted partner of choice to a broad set of stakeholders – driving scientific exchange and insight generation that create measurable medical impact, advance science, and enhance patient access to our medicines.
