About The Position

Join CMI Media Group as an Associate Director, Video Investment, a high-level specialist role focused on innovative media strategies. As a key marketing partner, you will shape the success of the company by leading the development of video media strategies across platforms like Advanced TV, OTT/CTV, and OLV/Digital Video. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, sophisticated partner selection, and excellence in execution, collaborating closely with various internal teams. You will also contribute to developing best practices and insights for video campaign planning and management.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
Deep knowledge of the Video publisher, platform, and audience supplier ecosystem.
Hands-on experience in Advanced TV, Digital Video, and Connected TV media buying.
Advanced technical and negotiating skills.
Strong understanding of digital platforms.
Robust project management skills.
Detailed knowledge of client business issues, consumer trends, and market dynamics.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business, or a related analytical field.

Responsibilities

Drive the development of Video media strategies, incorporating audience insights, custom data, and creative recommendations.
Provide recommendations based on advanced data and analytics, creating multi-faceted, cross-channel partnerships aligned with client KPIs.
Ensure timely, accurate, and excellent output of video plans, collaborating seamlessly with comms design, planning, digital, and analytics teams.
Work closely with the Department Lead to develop best practices and contribute valuable insights to video campaign planning and management.
