About The Position

The Vantive Business Services (VBS) Transition Management Office Leader is accountable for building, running, and continuously improving the enterprise wide transition management capability for VBS. This role ensures disciplined execution, operational readiness, and measurable value delivery across all Vantive Business Services transitions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in GBS, Shared Services, or large‑scale transformation
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Proven leadership of complex, multi-regional transitions
  • Proven project management, organizational change management, lean/six sigma capabilities
  • Proven ability to operate in a heavily matrixed environment
  • Strong background in process, controls, and operating model design
  • Executive level stakeholder management and governance experience

Responsibilities

  • Own and enforce the VBS Transition Management methodology and stage gates
  • Lead end-to-end transition execution across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Ensure consistent use of playbooks, readiness criteria, and sign‑offs
  • Establish the Vantive Transition Management Office (VTMO) operating model, roles, and capacity plan
  • Build transition management talent and capability across regions
  • Embed transition discipline into delivery models
  • Ensure transitions meet controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Own Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID) management and executive escalation
  • Certify operational readiness prior to go live
  • Partner with Business, GPOs, IT, Finance, and HR
  • Track value realization vs. business case post transition
  • Own Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Performance Management
