This role is for an Associate Director, US Marketing, aHUS and TMA, within the commercial US Rare Nephrology Marketing team and the broader Rare Hematology Nephrology Business Unit. The individual will be instrumental in developing and driving strategies and tactics for healthcare provider and patient engagement. Reporting to the Executive Director of Rare Nephrology Marketing, this position is responsible for redefining and leading digital HCP and Patient marketing initiatives for aHUS and TMA in the US market, as well as supporting the execution of the HCP educational strategy. The role also contributes to the development and execution of best-in-class annual HCP and Patient marketing plans, including relevant brand strategies. This individual will collaborate closely with Business Operations/OMNI and serve as a key cross-functional liaison with teams such as Field Sales, TLL, Patient Services, Patient Advocacy, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Medical, and the Promotional Review Committee (PRC). Interaction with Key professional societies for educational initiatives may also occur.
