About The Position

The University of Notre Dame is seeking an innovative, mission-oriented team member for the position of Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships and Scholarship Programs within the Undergraduate Enrollment Division. This division works to open doors to a Notre Dame education, empowering students to pursue, discover, and share knowledge, truth, and faith as a powerful means for good. Requirements

• A minimum of three years' professional experience in admissions or a related area.
• Excellent time management and perceptive interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in both independent and team environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written) in both individual and group settings (in-person and virtually).
• Successful leadership experience in admissions or a related area.
• Knowledge of and experience with computer systems and software applications, especially Microsoft Office and Google.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A Bachelor’s degree (4 years).

Responsibilities

• Invest in and deepen relationships with strategic partners, including community-based organizations like Matriculate, the Cristo Rey Network, and the Nicholas Academic Centers, that drive the recruitment of a robust, academically qualified, mission-aligned, global applicant pool.
• Work closely with the Sr. Director to launch and maintain meaningful global scholarship opportunities that include specialized fellowship, mentorship, and access to exclusive campus programming.
