This work centers on designing, scaling, and realizing the capabilities, ways of working, and integrated solutions that will enable a more agile, responsive, and growth-oriented future. This role is designed to accelerate our Human Health transformation as we work to create an AI-enabled, agile, and integrated commercial model. The Associate Director will play a key role in shaping a future where strategy and execution operate as a unified system, transformation is delivered at scale with speed, and new capabilities such as AI, and automation redefine how work is done.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, required
  • 7+ years of professional work experience

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of commercial experience, ideally in marketing/promotions, commercial operations or sales

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of future-state operating models, including AI-enabled workflows, and ecosystem orchestration
  • Contribute to the evolution of roles, ways of working, and workforce capabilities to align with future-state transformation priorities
  • Act as capability lead to advance key operating model transformation
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable transformation roadmaps, pilots, and scaled deployment plans aligned to business outcomes
  • Partner with key stakeholders to prioritize, design, and execute high-impact capability initiatives
  • Drive pilot execution including hypothesis development, test-and-learn iteration, and codification into scalable playbooks
  • Partner to enable transformation deployment at the brand and BU level, ensuring adoption, change integration, and measurable impact realization
  • Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization to continuously optimize transformation initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Review, DHH, global strategy teams, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions
  • Serve as a thought leader on transformation best practices, shaping the evolution of Strategy Realization as a capability
