About The Position

We are seeking an Associate Director, Product Manager to own and scale the MLR review capability within the Content & Promotional Lifecycle Automation product portfolio. This role is accountable for what gets built, why it matters, and how business value is measured, with a strong focus on AI‑enabled capabilities, regulatory confidence, and enterprise adoption. The Associate Director will act as the primary product leader for AI review capability, partnering with Brand, Commercial, MLR, Legal, AI, Engineering, and Platform teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Ownership, or related leadership roles
  • Proven experience owning enterprise or platform products end‑to‑end
  • Deep experience working in Agile product organizations with cross‑functional global teams
  • Strong understanding of regulated content, MLR, or compliance‑driven workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to lead AI‑enabled or automation products from concept to scale
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, multi‑year roadmap, and strategic direction for Content Review capability
  • Define and continuously refine the value proposition for Job Owners, Content Creators, Reviewers, and MLR stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to shift quality and compliance left through AI‑enabled automation and recommendations
  • Align product strategy with broader Content Supply Chain and Digital Human Health priorities
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, making outcome‑based trade‑off decisions
  • Translate business, compliance, and regulatory needs into clear epics, features, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with Engineering, AI/Data Science, and Design teams to ensure high‑quality, scalable delivery
  • Ensure delivered capabilities meet quality, compliance, security, and governance expectations
  • Lead the evolution of AI‑enabled first‑pass review capabilities (e.g., quality checks, compliance validations, brand standards)
  • Partner with AI teams to ensure outputs are accurate, explainable, auditable, and trusted
  • Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Risk stakeholders to enable responsible AI adoption in regulated workflows
  • Balance innovation speed with regulatory confidence and enterprise readiness
  • Serve as the primary product leader and point of accountability for Content Review Capability
  • Engage senior stakeholders across Brand, Commercial, MLR, Legal, and Markets
  • Lead discovery workshops, roadmap reviews, and adoption discussions
  • Support rollout, change management, and onboarding across brands and regions
  • Define and track product success metrics (e.g., quality uplift, rework reduction, cycle time improvement, adoption)
  • Use data and user feedback to guide continuous iteration and prioritization
  • Communicate progress, outcomes, and risks through executive‑level updates
