About The Position

UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Tech DevOps Engineer in Morrisville, NC. This role is for an innovative thinker who enjoys delivering enhanced change capabilities across a range of business functions and is passionate about IT process automation using cutting edge tooling platforms. The Associate Director will collaborate with developers, test engineers, and product owners throughout the SDLC, in release integration, deployment, and beyond. They will build and set up new CI/CD pipelines and deliver Azure infrastructure for development teams, adhering to architecture standards and defining platform requirements, sizing, and controlling components. The role involves troubleshooting environment and deployment related issues, supporting the current software delivery process, and maintaining high-end DevOps practices to reduce lead-time for business changes and increase deployment frequency. Additionally, the position aims to improve the quality of application services through faster and safer releases by optimizing the CI/CD process and automation, and building software products that add value for business partners. The candidate will work analytically and systematically throughout the development life cycle, with a focus on reducing lead-time of business changes and increasing deployment frequency, while improving the quality of application services. This position offers a hybrid work model (In-office/remote).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers, test engineers and product owner throughout SDLC, in release integration, deployment and beyond.
