About The Position

The Associate Director, Talent Management delivers the organization's talent, learning, and leadership development, ensuring programs, systems, and processes support workforce capability development, employee growth, and business performance. This role partners with People & Culture business partners and business leaders to drive learning initiatives, talent management practices, succession planning, and leadership development while leveraging analytics and technology to measure impact and improve outcomes. The Associate Director ensures learning and talent programs are scalable, data-driven, and aligned with organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or a related HR function.
• Experience with learning analytics, reporting, dashboard development, data visualization, and LMS administration (UKG preferred).
• Proven ability to lead design and delivery of complex learning, talent, and development programs in global or matrixed organizations.
• Strong knowledge of talent management practices, including performance management, talent reviews and succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Skilled in assessing learning needs and translating business priorities into scalable development solutions.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to communicate insights and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Systems-oriented approach with a focus on process improvement, governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Detail orientation and a solution focused approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to support leaders, managers, and employees through organizational growth and development initiatives.
• Strong presence and presentation/ training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement global talent management strategies ensuring programs are scalable, culturally relevant, and aligned to workforce capability, leadership pipeline readiness, and business growth goals.
• Lead the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of global learning and talent programs, balancing enterprise consistency with regional and business-specific needs.
• Partner with People & Culture HRBPs, and business leaders globally to support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development strategies that strengthen leadership pipelines and organizational capability.
• Assess learning and development needs across regions and implement solutions that address skill gaps and business priorities.
• Ensure availability of talent and learning analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking to measure program effectiveness, compliance, workforce readiness, and business impact globally.
• Analyze enterprise-wide data to identify trends, skill gaps, and opportunities that inform learning, talent, and workforce development strategies.
• Design and implement programs that drive capability building across the organization.
• Serve as LMS owner, overseeing governance, configuration, integrations, data integrity, reporting, and enhancements to deliver a consistent global learning experience.
• Partner with global leaders and stakeholders to design and enhance learning and talent initiatives that meet regional, cultural, regulatory, and business needs while maintaining enterprise alignment.
