About The Position

Imagine a role where precision, speed, and flawless execution directly power an organization's ability to build world-class teams. As Associate Director of Talent Acquisition Operations at Leading Educators, you'll be the operational backbone of our recruiting function—the person who ensures that every hiring process moves seamlessly from launch through offer acceptance. This isn't a behind-the-scenes administrative role; it's a strategic execution position that sits at the center of how we attract and onboard the talent that transforms education. At Leading Educators, we partner with school systems to strengthen teaching and leadership practices, and every great partnership starts with great people. You'll manage the day-to-day mechanics that make recruiting flow: scheduling complex interviews across time zones, maintaining pristine documentation in our ATS, ensuring pre-hire compliance is flawless, and coordinating contractor logistics. You'll track dozens of moving pieces simultaneously, identify bottlenecks before they become problems, and maintain the kind of consistency that keeps candidates and hiring managers confident in our process. This role demands someone who thrives in high-volume, high-precision environments—someone who sees operational excellence not as a nice-to-have but as a competitive advantage. You'll champion process improvements, leverage AI and technology to reduce manual work, and continuously innovate how we execute recruiting workflows. If you're energized by owning complex systems, delivering results with accuracy, and making a tangible impact on organizational success, this is your opportunity.
