Requirements

Professional Survey License in Delaware
Extensive experience in land surveying with progressive leadership responsibilities
Strong local relationships and a respected presence in the regional survey and land development community
Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and deliver projects successfully
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Technical expertise in survey principles, standards, and technologies
Business acumen with a track record of contributing to growth and profitability

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic plan for the survey group to support growth, technical excellence, and client satisfaction.
Leverage established relationships within the surveying, land development, and municipal communities to strengthen the company's presence in the region.
Set the tone for quality and consistency across all survey deliverables, providing senior-level technical oversight and establishing standards.
Coach project managers, field crews, and office staff to enhance their technical and leadership abilities.
Develop and maintain client relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and results.
Collaborate with engineering, planning, and environmental teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Oversee budgets, schedules, invoicing, and profitability metrics for the survey group.
Encourage the exploration of advancements in survey methods and software.
Attend local professional events and engage with associations to represent the survey practice and strengthen market connections.
