Transform Data into Supply Chain Excellence We're seeking a Supply Chain Analyst who combines analytical expertise with business acumen to drive data-informed decision-making across our global supply chain operations. You'll be at the intersection of data science, operations research, and supply chain strategy. Starting with transactional data from our enterprise systems, you'll build analytics solutions that help our teams identify trends, optimize operations, and improve business outcomes. This isn't just about reporting what happened—it's about using advanced analytical techniques to predict what will happen and prescribe what should happen. You'll partner with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, and Distribution to understand their challenges, then design and deploy analytics solutions using platforms like Power BI, SAP. Whether you're optimizing inventory levels, improving production scheduling, or analyzing distribution networks, you'll apply quantitative methods to deliver measurable value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years in manufacturing/supply chain roles with hands-on understanding of material flows and supply chain processes.
  • Strong technical skills in Power BI, SAP, Excel, and SQL.
  • Experience applying analytical methods to solve business problems.
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Pharmaceutical or regulated industry background
  • Operations research techniques: optimization, simulation, statistical modeling, forecasting
  • Programming skills (Python, R) for advanced analytics augmented with AI
  • Lean Six Sigma training and project experience
  • Advanced degree in quantitative field

Responsibilities

  • Identify trends, optimize operations, and improve business outcomes using advanced analytical techniques.
