About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Student Persistence, this position analyzes student, cohort, retention, and graduation data to identify trends, emerging needs, and populations that may benefit from additional support as they persist to degree attainment. The role will translate these findings and OSP priorities into intervention strategies and leads their day-to-day implementation and assessment, including student identification and prioritization, outreach, referrals, follow-up, documentation, and outcome tracking. The position also directs OSP’s intervention and assessment responsibilities for the TU Thrive cohort.

Requirements

  • Analysis of student, cohort, retention, and graduation data.
  • Identification of trends, emerging needs, and populations requiring additional support.
  • Development and implementation of intervention strategies.
  • Student identification, prioritization, outreach, referrals, follow-up, documentation, and outcome tracking.
  • Directing intervention and assessment responsibilities for specific cohorts (e.g., TU Thrive).
