About The Position

Fitch Learning is a leader in financial services training, delivering learning solutions for apprentices, graduates, and experienced professionals. The company is seeking an Associate Director, Sales & Business Development for its New York office. This role is focused on sales by developing strategic client relationships, generating new business, and leading consultative sales conversations for premium training and learning solutions. The position involves working closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions, aiming to expand the client base, strengthen partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client relationship management
  • Proven success in a consultative B2B sales role
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing multiple sales opportunities
  • Experience in sales, financial services, training, education, or professional services preferred

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and grow sales revenue across target accounts
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with clients and prospects
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Identify sales opportunities to expand existing client relationships
  • Partner with internal teams to sell and deliver tailored learning solutions
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and forecasting
