This is a new, ground-floor opportunity to build and shape how resource management operates at RevHealth. As Associate Director of Resource Management, you will serve as a strategic partner to capability leads and senior leadership, building our resourcing practice from the ground up while owning a diverse portfolio of brands and clients. You will go beyond traditional staffing, blending data, intuition, and deep business understanding to architect staffing strategies that drive both client success and agency growth. You'll report directly to the SVP of Project Delivery and Operations.
