The Associate Director, Rare Neurology Thought Leader Liaisons Subnational Tactics & Insights for Alexion Neurology is a strategic role within the US commercial organization, responsible for driving the localization of data, marketing materials, and tactical plans to match regional market dynamics across the gMG and NMOSD portfolios. Serving as the fusion point for multi-sourced insights from neurology field forces, Business Operations & Commercial Excellence (BOCE), market research, and marketing, this role ensures that subnational strategies are grounded in real-world intelligence and tailored to the unique competitive, clinical, and access landscapes of distinct geographies. The Rare Neurology TLL Subnational Tactics & Insights Lead synthesizes quantitative and qualitative inputs from across the organization—including Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) field intelligence, sales analytics, market research findings, medical insights and brand marketing strategies—into a unified, actionable view of subnational market opportunities and challenges. This role translates national brand strategy into regionally relevant tactical plans, equipping TLLs and field teams with customized resources, data narratives, and engagement approaches that resonate with local stakeholder needs and market realities. The Rare Neurology TLL Subnational Tactics & Insights Lead reports directly to the Senior Director of Rare Neurology Thought Leader Liaisons and is recognized as the insights architect and localization expert whose analytical rigor, cross-functional connectivity, and strategic translation capabilities enable Alexion to compete effectively at the subnational level, driving differentiated stakeholder engagement and accelerating commercial performance in regional markets.
